Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest engineering companies in the country! Due to continued growth our client based in Jandakot are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join their team. This role will start on the 1st of June, and run through to September 2027
Job Responsibility
Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the administration team with customer related information
Data entry
General administration duties
Requirements
Experience with Excel (essential)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Prior work experience in Administration is required
Nice to have
Exposure to mechanical parts advantageous but not essential
