Warehouse Worker

• Review daily manual pick lists to accurately locate and retrieve stock items within the facility
• Perform efficient picking and packing of orders to ensure items are securely prepared for domestic and international shipment
• Execute shipping and receiving duties, verifying incoming inventory against documentation and reporting any discrepancies
• Sort, organize, and put away stock in designated storage locations to maintain an orderly and optimized warehouse environment
• Learn and safely operate forklift equipment following the completion of the provided specialized company training
• Assist team members with heavy lifting, inventory counts, and general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Ability to comfortably and repetitively perform heavy lifting of warehouse materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the entire 8-hour shift duration
• Commitment to maintaining a strong attendance record and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background
• Possession of CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots is mandatory for this industrial environment

Prior experience in a warehouse associate, material handler, or order picker role
