Warehouse worker

• Accurately pick, stage, pack, and put away inventory items
• Audit and record inventory movement, correcting any discrepancies
• Conduct and assist with cycle counts and year-end inventory counts
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances and stock-out issues in collaboration with the sales team
• Assist in developing training materials for warehouse operations and inventory control
• Ensure strict adherence to inventory control standard operating procedures (SOPs) and all health and safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Safely and efficiently complete all daily shipping, receiving, and administrative tasks
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external inventory questions
• Provide support for counter sales as needed to cover vacations or overflow

• High School Diploma
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as stand, walk, and bend
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
• Strong attention to detail and active listening skills
• Reliable with excellent attendance and a strong, independent work ethic
• Effective and professional communication skills for interacting with coworkers and customers
• Basic English language proficiency for reading and writing

1-2 years of previous warehouse distribution experience is considered an asset
