Job Description:

Working in the VAS department is highly dynamic and diverse, consisting of several specialized sub-departments. Your core responsibilities will include: Pre-installation: Unpacking, testing, and configuring printers to make them plug-and-play according to customer specifications. Returns: Checking returned items for damage or defects, repairing or replacing boxes, and processing items digitally. Damages: Inspecting inbound and warehouse damages and repairing packaging to ensure items can return to stock quickly. Communication: Handling daily communication with our customers regarding the status of returned items. Warehouse Support: Assisting other departments when needed and maintaining a structured, clean workspace following 5S guidelines.

Job Responsibility:
