Train assigned personnel to accurately and consistently use warehouse management systems
Train assigned personnel in safe and efficient use of material handling equipment and supplies
Serve as a coach and mentor
Lead continuous improvement efforts by using lean tools to eliminate in all areas of the position
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be currently employed by Dot Foods or Dot Transportation, Inc.
Strong organization skills
Strong communication skills
Experience on counter balance and reach trucks
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Prior experience in an environment that promotes safety
Leadership experience
