Warehouse Trainer

• Deliver MHE, safety, warehouse process and procedure training for new starters, existing colleagues, and agency staff
• Partner with regional depots and subsidiary companies to identify training needs and deliver on-site MHE training
• Work with management to schedule, communicate, and deliver training within agreed timescales
• Deliver compliant and structured warehouse inductions
• Keep training, testing, and certification documentation up to date
• Develop behavioural observation tools and provide coaching to improve MHE driving standards
• Carry out daily MHE audits, coordinate remedial actions with Fleet, and help manage repair budgets
• Review and enhance training materials and delivery methods
• Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering PPE and managing locker allocations

• AITT Accredited Instructor qualification (desirable as training will be provided)
• Background in multi-function warehouse operations with hands-on operational knowledge
• Practical experience operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance (essential)
• Confident facilitating sessions in both classroom and one-to-one settings
• Professional, approachable, and able to engage colleagues at all levels
• Skilled in planning, prioritising, and adapting to changing demands
• Able to provide constructive feedback and positively influence behaviours
• Comfortable using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willing to adjust working hours, including occasional evenings, nights, and weekends
