As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll play an essential role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Job Responsibility

Pick customer orders using an RF scanner or pick tickets with speed and accuracy
Verify product descriptions, quantities, sizes, and units of measure
Inspect, quality check, and carefully pack outgoing shipments
Meet daily shipping and productivity goals
Receive incoming shipments and identify discrepancies
Stock, organize, and rotate inventory
Replenish warehouse supplies as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse best practices
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Work overtime when business needs require

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
At least one year of warehouse, distribution, or related work experience is preferred
Ability to read and understand English
Basic math and number recognition skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills are a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a production driven environment
Stand and walk for the majority of the shift
Frequently bend, reach, kneel, stoop, and perform repetitive movements
Frequently lift up to 35 pounds
Occasionally lift up to 70 pounds
Safely handle materials while meeting productivity expectations
Work in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels

Nice to have

Basic computer skills are a plus
High school diploma or GED preferred
At least one year of warehouse, distribution, or related work experience is preferred
