Job Description:

We have an exciting vacancy for a Warehouse Team Manager to join the team in our Ambient operations.

Job Responsibility:

Support the site management team in the efficient and cost effective management of the warehouse operations
Ensure the smooth running of the daily Warehouse operation
Enable the required level of service to be provided to the customer at all times
Ensure that the receiving, storing, picking and dispatch of Goods is done in the correct manner to agreed productivity levels and within budgetary constraints
Maintain a safe working environment through effective team management

Requirements:

Minimum of three years’ experience of ‘fast moving consumer goods’ (FMCG)
Planning experience
Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety
Proven leadership skills
Managed a team to hit business KPI's
Experience in supporting development within the team
Working knowledge of the Warehouse function within the FMCG distribution industry
Working knowledge of the business and operational aspects of supervising a depot Warehouse operation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage & train colleagues
Computer skills for using the MS Office suite
Experience in conducting absence reviews and disciplinaries
