Job Description:

The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in the efficient and cost effective management of the warehouse operations. It will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the daily Warehouse operation and enable the required level of service to be provided to the customer at all times.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that the receiving, storing, picking and dispatch of Goods in the correct manner to agreed productivity levels and within budgetary constraints
  • Maintain a safe working environment through effective team management

Requirements:

  • Warehouse Experience (1+ years)
  • Management Experience (2+ years)
  • FMCG Experience
  • GCSE grades 4 to 9 or A to C
  • Working knowledge of the Warehouse function within the FMCG distribution industry
  • Working knowledge of the business and operational aspects of supervising a depot Warehouse operation
  • General knowledge of the Transport function would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage & train colleagues
  • Computer skills using the MS Office suite
