Warehouse Team Manager - AM

• Lead and manage warehouse teams across, ensuring clear communication and consistent standards
• drive operational performance to meet productivity, accuracy, and service level targets
• plan and allocate resources effectively to meet daily workload and peak demand
• monitor KPIs (e.g. pick rates, accuracy, attendance) and take corrective action where required
• promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards
• coach, develop and support champions and operatives to improve capability and engagement
• manage performance, conduct reviews, and address any conduct or capability issues in line with HR policies
• ensure efficient workflow in a high-volume, fast-moving warehouse environment
• support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• work collaboratively with other departments (Transport, senior managers, health & Safety along with HR).

• Excellent communication skills

• computer skills - you will be using the MS Office suite on a daily basis
• results-driven with a strong focus on operational excellence

• highly organised with attention to detail
• team-focused with the ability to build strong working relationships
• able to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• working knowledge of the Warehouse function within the FMCG distribution industry
• working knowledge of the business and operational aspects of supervising a depot Warehouse operation.
