Job Description:

Warehouse job at IKEA focused on making a better everyday life for the many. The role involves supporting co-workers and operations at the Customer Fulfillment Center, ensuring efficient warehouse operations while embracing diversity and IKEA culture.

Job Responsibility:

Encourage independent development and consistent performance management for co-workers
Resource planning of daily shift model by consistently monitoring the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Track and complete time and pay system requests
Ensure inbound and outbound flow is processed according to IKEA Warehousing Concept
Adhere to and promote the expectations of Quality for Life and Safety Standards within the unit
Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers

Requirements:

Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse, or Retail Distribution preferred
1 to 3 years of leadership experience
Experience in leading and developing people
Experience with Material Handling Equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
