As a leader in our distribution centers, you will be responsible for leading incredible customer service and managing daily department operations. You will directly supervise multiple employees in various roles who are responsible for receiving vendor product and selecting store orders safely and efficiently to service our stores. Job Responsibility
Coordinate daily production tasks and execute plans to meet productivity standards
communicate performance updates to the team
Coach and hold employees accountable for job expectations and results
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure quality through cold chain and food safety standards
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and optimize inventory
Ensure delivery timelines and productivity goals are met
Prioritize and oversee tasks to drive efficient, on-time completion
Requirements
2+ years of experience leading a team
Computer skills
Nice to have
Bilingual
Distribution and/or warehouse experience
