Job Responsibility:

Lead and support a team of warehouse co-workers to ensure daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently
Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental standards
Plan and monitor fulfilment tasks to meet daily goals on time and with high quality
Coach, develop and inspire your team through regular feedback and performance conversations
Drive continuous improvement and help deliver the best experience for our customers and store teams

Requirements:

Experience in leading teams—ideally in warehousing, logistics or retail environments
A passion for operational excellence and creating a positive, people-first culture
A strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly
A safety-first mindset and confidence in decision-making under pressure
Strong communication and digital skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
