We're Reynolds, a long-established, family-run UK foodservice supplier, delivering fresh produce and chilled products to customers across the hospitality and catering sector. We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy site in Waltham Cross. This is a hands-on role where you'll be leading a team of around 20 warehouse operatives, making sure the day-to-day running of the warehouse is smooth, efficient, and safe.
Job Responsibility
Leading and supporting a team of 20+ warehouse operatives
Overseeing day-to-day warehouse activity including picking, packing, and dispatch
Driving productivity, accuracy, and performance standards
Managing absence, agency staff, and supporting probation reviews
Working with the Operations Manager to improve processes and ways of working
Supporting training and development across the team
Making sure health & safety and company procedures are followed
Producing basic reports and monitoring KPIs
Requirements
Experience working in a warehouse environment
Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or Shift Lead
Confident leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced setting
Good communication and organisational skills
Practical problem solver who gets stuck in
Comfortable working a 5/7 shift pattern
