Job Responsibility

  • Monitor the quality of work that our operatives carry out and manage performance
  • Ensure products are handled correctly and in line with manual handling guidelines
  • Complete investigations and rectify any possible discrepancies
  • Take responsibility for administration duties where needed
  • Provide support with HR functions such as disciplinary meeting fairly and consistently
  • Be responsible for the site cleanliness and maintenance
  • Keep track of your team performance and be able to offer upskilling opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and systems
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams while managing fluctuating workloads
  • Confident decision-making skills with a fair and consistent approach
  • Proficiency in PC use, including WMS and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting KPIs such as damage and non-picks
