A leading logistics and transportation company is seeking a Team Leader to join its growing team in the Milton, Ontario. As a 3PL Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, managing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the highest standards of safety, and supporting customer satisfaction. Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and supervise a team of logistics agents (20 to 50 people depending on the site)
  • Ensure the integration and training of new employees
  • Organize schedules and the distribution of tasks
  • Monitor individual and collective performance, and implement improvement actions
  • Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective action plans
  • Optimize processes to improve productivity and operational efficiency
  • Identify and report anomalies or malfunctions
  • Ensure compliance with safety instructions and quality standards
  • Apply and enforce internal procedures (inventory management, order preparation, shipping)
  • Participate in internal audits and inspections
  • Liaise between management and operational teams
  • Participate in production meetings and escalate any issues encountered
  • Provide regular reports on activity and performance
