Job Description:

To maximise the customer experience by supporting the Department Manager in leading, communicating and training the Warehouse Processors. Maintaining all SLAs within the operational area to support the experience offered to Bravissimo customers. To take responsibility for ensuring all team members are meeting standards of quality, accuracy and productivity across different departments and shifts. To Provide support to the management team in relation to legal training requirements, and keeps management updated on team training requirements & plans. Provide guidance and ongoing training to team members an all operational areas and be a main point of contact for the warehouse.

Job Responsibility:

Support the Department Manager in leading, communicating and training the Warehouse Processors
Maintain all SLAs within the operational area
Ensure all team members are meeting standards of quality, accuracy and productivity across different departments and shifts
Provide support to the management team in relation to legal training requirements
Keep management updated on team training requirements & plans
Provide guidance and ongoing training to team members on all operational areas
Be a main point of contact for the warehouse

Requirements:

Experience of working at pace with an ability to pick up new information quickly
Passionate and enthusiastic about giving exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
Team player with great communication/interpersonal skills
Well rounded individual, organised and self motivated
