Job Responsibility

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse associates to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities
  • Oversee receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the warehouse is maintained in a safe and clean environment
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, operations and supply chain
  • Monitor team performance, provide training and support, and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain and track inventory accuracy, ensuring that stock levels are up to date and orders are fulfilled on time
  • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to senior management

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Counterbalance licence and experience required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards within a warehouse setting
