Warehouse Systems Superuser

• Provide local support for all IT equipment
• Coordinate Warehouse Management System (WMS) application
• Ensure WMS and associated equipment are available, well configured, and maintained
• Implement system enhancements to increase efficiency & quality and decrease costs
• Secure IT related equipment and supply inventory
• Understand and communicate system data and metrics to drive actionable unit insights
• Capture, analyze, document, and agree on local system and IT equipment requests and needs
• Secure and support end-user system and equipment training efforts
• Work with operational partners to capture potential future unit needs
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Previous IT and/or help desk experience preferred
• Technical experience with hardware and software
• Highly proficient in MS Office skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and report complex data
• Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
