Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise and motivate a team of around 15 warehouse operatives across rotating shifts
• Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring all operational targets and KPIs are achieved
• Coordinate inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor productivity levels and implement improvements where required
• Conduct team briefings, shift handovers, and performance reviews
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of warehouse staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies
• Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and reporting
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow
• Promote a positive working culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar leadership role
• Experience managing teams within a busy warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
• Good understanding of warehouse processes, stock control, and operational KPIs
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Competent IT skills, including warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities
• Forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential
