Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise the three primary warehouse teams (shipping and receiving, production control, and outbound logistics) across 2 facilities
• Ensure all inbound direct material shipments are unloaded, systematically received, and put away in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor all replenishment activity
• Provide high level training to new hires
• Manage time card submissions, monitor time off requests, and perform all other personnel functions for the warehouse team
• Generate quarterly cycle count plan in alignment with finance team requirements
• Review all indirect material requests to support engineering and test and development teams
• Manage inventory of all equipment and consumable materials

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Proficient with ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc), with significant experience with spreadsheets
• Solutions oriented leader that attacks problems and resolves root cause issues
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy components and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to workplace safety and following safety protocols
