Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff during the second shift
• Ensure team members are meeting productivity and quality standards
• Provide support and guidance in resolving any operational issues or emergencies that may arise
• Monitor work performance and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate with other shifts and departments to ensure continuity of operations
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Assist with scheduling, training, and enforcing company policies and procedures

• Prior experience in a warehouse or supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions
• Forklift certification a plus
• willingness to be trained is required
