Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise inventory operations, material movement, loading, and transshipment activities in the warehouses
• Review incoming and outgoing shipments and merchandise availability in the warehouse
• Unload merchandise from trailers using a forklift
• Locate merchandise in the warehouse using a forklift, tablet, and barcode scanner
• Manage warehouse handlers by assigning inventory and material movement tasks to optimize warehouse space
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including the application of corrective measures resulting from previous incidents
• Perform any other related duties requested by the immediate supervisor

• Experience in supervision
• Experience operating forklifts
• Functional English (communication with English-speaking clients)
• Resourceful and able to find solutions to problems arising during the shift
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively share information
• Ability to work in a dynamic and noisy environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Spanish knowledge is considered an asset
