We are searching for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Distribution and Manufacturing centre, who thrives on leadership and results. Make an impact by overseeing a safe and efficient warehouse operation, drive process improvements, and lead a team driving seamless operations to keep our branches stocked and on schedule.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure a safe working environment and promote a strong health & safety culture
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Manage inventory, stock allocation, and timely order fulfilment
  • Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams while managing performance and attendance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
  • Prepare reports and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with a focus on people development
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or similar distribution environment
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control, with understanding of health & safety regulations
