As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to use your management expertise to take your career to the next level as you lead warehouse operations for our dynamic manufacturing environment. You will pave the way for our dedicated team on the back shift, ensuring the seamless execution of receiving, storage, and shipping functions to support our plant's production operations and other vital functions. Job Responsibility:
Train and guide your team, assign tasks, and ensure they have the tools and resources needed for success
Maintain training records, manage schedules, and ensure accurate documentation of warehouse operations
Collaborate with production team leaders, transportation staff, and external partners to ensure smooth operations
Set goals for your team, monitor performance, and seek opportunities for operational enhancements
Utilize and develop proficiency in warehouse management systems and other software tools to optimize operations
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, transportation, manufacturing, military, or related environment
Must be willing to work nights, weekends and overtime
