Warehouse Supervisor

This will be a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor role, responsible for managing a compact site with a high number of SKUs. You’ll lead a small, dedicated team and be responsible for all general warehouse functions – including inventory management, order fulfillment and maintaining strong relationships with transport and 3PL partners. The role is approximately 60% on the floor and 40% office/back-end based, giving you a mix of hands-on and administrative responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and to play a key role in optimising systems and process. You’ll oversee the smooth and tidy operation of the warehouse, distributing products nationwide to retailers and direct to customers. This is a 40 hour / Monday-Friday operation where you will be home in time for dinner every night. This could work well for someone looking to either step up into a supervisor role, or step back from a more hectic management role.
