Job Responsibility:
Allocating work to the Warehouse Operatives and making sure it is completed by the end of the day
Ensuring that stock is stored appropriately and safely using ‘Space Management’
Use best practice methods and equipment to ensure all company product is handled and stored with care, minimising potential for damage
Ensure you understand and comply fully with all security procedures in respect of yourself, customers, visitors and colleagues. This includes data security and the storage and disposal of company, employee and customer information
Communicating clearly and confidently with your team
Always following health & safety procedures
Making a difference every day to the customer experience
Requirements:
A team player with a strong work ethic
Reliable, organised and confident in a warehouse environment leading a team
Comfortable using systems and following processes with confidence in problem solving
Proud of your work and passionate about doing things right
Value opinions and be open to knowledge and expertise within the company
Ask for help and escalate problems to your immediate manager if required
Demonstrate commitment and reasonable flexibility to the company including being prepared to cover shifts when required i.e. absence or holidays
