Job Description:

Warehouse Supervisor role for a leading manufacturer in Medway. The position involves supervising a small team, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

Guide a small team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Manage the booking and inspection of incoming deliveries and raw materials
Accurately issue materials and components in line with production schedules
Conduct regular cycle counts and address any stock discrepancies
Optimise warehouse layout for safe and efficient use of space
Operate stock management systems
Ensure adherence to all safety and operational procedures
Safely operate forklift equipment

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory management
Experience with stock management/ERP systems (Sage experience is advantageous)
A valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance and/or Bendi preferred)

Nice to have:

Sage experience
Counterbalance and/or Bendi forklift licence
