We're looking for an experienced Export & Warehouse professional to take over from a long‑standing team member. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves logistics, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys working in a supportive, relaxed, and well‑run environment. You'll be the go‑to person for international exports, secure packing, documentation, and courier negotiation, while also overseeing a small, experienced warehouse team who know their jobs and work well together. Job Responsibility:

  • Managing exports of high‑value goods, including large machines and thousands of specialist spare parts
  • Preparing all export documentation, customs forms, and commodity/HS codes
  • Ensuring secure wrapping, loading, and dispatch of bulky and sensitive shipments
  • Negotiating and challenging courier/freight rates to get the best deals
  • Working with air, sea, and road transport partners
  • Ensuring compliance and accuracy at every stage
  • Overseeing goods‑in, goods‑out, and daily workflows
  • Maintaining stock accuracy and documentation
  • Ensuring a safe, tidy, well‑organised warehouse environment

Requirements:

  • Has exports (goods in and out overseas) experience
  • Understands shipping regulations, documentation, duties, and commodity codes
  • Has worked with high‑value goods, spares, or technical products
  • May come from logistics, aviation cargo, premium goods, or specialist parts environments
  • Is confident negotiating rates with couriers and freight companies
  • Occasional forklift/counterbalance work (licence preferred)
