Job Responsibility:
Managing exports of high‑value goods, including large machines and thousands of specialist spare parts
Preparing all export documentation, customs forms, and commodity/HS codes
Ensuring secure wrapping, loading, and dispatch of bulky and sensitive shipments
Negotiating and challenging courier/freight rates to get the best deals
Working with air, sea, and road transport partners
Ensuring compliance and accuracy at every stage
Overseeing goods‑in, goods‑out, and daily workflows
Maintaining stock accuracy and documentation
Ensuring a safe, tidy, well‑organised warehouse environment
Requirements:
Has exports (goods in and out overseas) experience
Understands shipping regulations, documentation, duties, and commodity codes
Has worked with high‑value goods, spares, or technical products
May come from logistics, aviation cargo, premium goods, or specialist parts environments
Is confident negotiating rates with couriers and freight companies
Occasional forklift/counterbalance work (licence preferred)
