Job Description:

You, as Warehouse Supervisor II, will be responsible for the accurate operation, as well as the improvement activities in the warehouse and import logistics. Such responsibilities include the logistics of importing raw materials, parcels, supplies and spare parts, as well as the process of receiving raw materials, the management, control and cyclical counting of inventories.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate, control, and supervise the accurate management of the company's warehouse and logistics areas in detail
  • Ensure the achievement of the goals of the company
  • Maintain alignment to the budget assigned to these areas
  • Ensure regulatory, quality, and safety compliance in operations carried out by Baxter personnel and contracted suppliers
  • Supervise and control the tasks related to financial compliance and inventory management of raw materials and sub-assemblies of the plant and external warehouse
  • Ensure a good interpersonal climate throughout all domains for which they are accountable, promoting open communication, motivation, partnership and development of their direct reports
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations applicable to the areas of supervision, which are, but are not limited to: EHS, Quality System, SOX, local and international Financial Regulation, Free Trade Zone Regulation, Customs Regulations, Legal Regulations and CTPAT
  • Support and promote continuous improvement in supervised operations to achieve the organization's corporate savings programs (MIPs)
  • Actively seek, coordinate and implement continuous improvement processes in all areas under their responsibility

Requirements:

  • Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator or related career
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • English language level B2
  • Experience in personnel management
