Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the smooth and safe running of daily warehouse operations
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting your team to deliver high‑quality work every shift
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and resolving inventory issues quickly
  • Delivering daily briefings and clear communication to keep everyone aligned
  • Managing low-level people processes such as discussions, investigations, and welfare conversations
  • Owning Health & Safety routines including incident reporting, walkarounds, and safe MHE practices
  • Working collaboratively with other teams and partners to support operational goal
