Warehouse Stores Operative

• Picking and placing parts in line with SLA requirements
• Maintaining exceptional stock accuracy
• Consolidating stock and optimising storage for efficiency
• Scanning and updating SAP accurately
• Conducting stock counts and audits
• Ensuring timely placement of parts at designated drop points
• Producing delivery notes using Excel templates
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards (6S environment)
• Managing stock write-offs and gains

• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Experience in stock control
• Experience with warehouse management ERP systems (ideally SAP and WMCS)
• Previous logistics experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to consistently meet performance targets and service level agreements

• Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills
• Good numerical skills and time management
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficient in ERP stock management systems
