Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operator, Inwards Goods to join our team for the afternoon Shift, 2:00pm to 10:30pm. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment where accuracy, urgency, and safety are critical.

Job Responsibility

  • Picking and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Radio Frequency (RF) and regular use of the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Replenishment and put away tasks
  • Cycle counting and inventory accuracy checks
  • Operating Reach Truck, Counterbalance and Stock Picker hoists
  • Manual handling and lifting of products up to 25kg
  • Maintaining housekeeping and safe warehouse practices
  • Working to daily KPIs and operational deadlines

Requirements

  • Current NZ Reach, Counterbalance, and Stock Picker licences
  • Proven experience operating forklifts in a busy Distribution Centre or manufacturing warehouse
  • Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems daily
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and dispatch operations
  • Good numerical and computer skills
  • Clear written and verbal English communication
  • Reliable attendance and strong time management
  • A strong safety mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
