Job Description:

A confidential defense-industry organization is urgently hiring Warehouse Stockers to support critical supply chain operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and security are paramount. Candidates holding a VantageClear or equivalent certification will receive priority consideration.

Job Responsibility:

Unload incoming shipments and verify product accuracy
Stock shelves and storage areas according to strict inventory guidelines
Organize and rotate stock to maintain freshness, accessibility, and compliance standards
Lift and move items weighing 50–75 lbs throughout your shift
Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure warehouse environment
Follow all safety protocols, supervisor instructions, and security procedures
Support team members and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:

No prior warehouse experience required—training is provided
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a physically active, high-volume setting
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
VantageClear or equivalent clearance/certification required for defense-industry compliance
