Job Description:

In this position, you support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, proper FIFO/FEFO application, and continuous process improvements to boost efficiency. You analyze stock movements, coordinate with operations teams, prepare performance reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support inventory counting processes, including cycle counts and annual stock counts, to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Ensure FIFO / FEFO principles are correctly applied across warehouse operations
  • Analyze stock movements and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to ensure proper product placement and optimal space utilization
  • Support warehouse process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and warehouse standards and procedures
  • Prepare regular reports and provide performance feedback to the Warehouse Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (required)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strong team player with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and analytical skills
