In this position, you support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, proper FIFO/FEFO application, and continuous process improvements to boost efficiency. You analyze stock movements, coordinate with operations teams, prepare performance reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Job Responsibility:
Support inventory counting processes, including cycle counts and annual stock counts, to ensure inventory accuracy
Ensure FIFO / FEFO principles are correctly applied across warehouse operations
Analyze stock movements and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency and productivity
Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to ensure proper product placement and optimal space utilization
Support warehouse process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and warehouse standards and procedures
Prepare regular reports and provide performance feedback to the Warehouse Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
Strong knowledge of SAP (required)
Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong team player with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and analytical skills
