Job Description:

Join ChargerGoGo as a Warehouse Specialist. We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Warehouse Specialist to join our team. Job Responsibility:

Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and distributing ChargerGoGo products
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, packing, and shipping
Perform regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
Organize and maintain the warehouse for optimal safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to prepare and ship charging stations to clients
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality standards are met
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as required
Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to management
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and returns using warehouse management systems
Follow and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional certifications in logistics or warehouse operations are a plus
Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer software
Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
Team player who can work collaboratively with different departments
Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items as needed

Nice to have:

Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment
Familiarity with IoT products or technology-related logistics
