Job Description

Shall perform a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the Company's Logistics Operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform a variety of warehousing duties
  • Receive, move, store and ship materials
  • Verify materials against shipping/receiving documents
  • Annotate and report discrepancies and damage
  • Print and apply stow labels
  • Route materials to prescribed storage locations
  • Stack or palletize materials
  • Rearrange and take inventory of stored materials
  • Examine materials and report deterioration and damage
  • Verify unit of issue, quantities, item identification
  • Prepare materials for shipment
  • Obtain access to required Inventory Management Systems
  • Execute support of Electrostatic Device (ESD), shelf-life and calibration management
  • Execute Return to Inventory (RTI) / Return to Stock (RTS) processes
  • Pick up, receive, inspect, sort, and deliver mail
  • Maintain accountable records
  • Scan orders and track shipments
  • Maintain required inventory controls
  • Operate material-handling equipment
  • Complete required training
  • Observe work-place safety rules
  • Responsible for general housekeeping

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years Warehouse experience
  • Working knowledge of PC computer systems and cargo management software preferred
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Must be able to obtain a DoD National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) Interim Secret Security Clearance within 60 days from date of hire
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. minimum
