Warehouse Site Lead

• Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and logistics service provider(s)
• Lead the on-site Zalando team
• Serve as the official Zalando representative for the site
• Analyse and interpret diverse reports (e.g., logistics KPIs)
• Confidently guide internal and external audits
• Host high-profile site visits
• Steer the site's success across multiple dimensions: operational, technical, quality, continuous improvement, labour, legal, financial, security, and safety

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to build strong, successful relationships
• Natural team-builder and leader
• Passionate about logistics with deep understanding of processes along the entire fulfilment chain
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent qualification)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar environment (fulfillment services or contract logistics) including proven leadership experience
• Practical, hands-on approach with strong analytical acumen and structured, methodical approach to problem-solving
• Professionally fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Willing to undertake occasional international travel

Demonstrable experience in automated e-commerce and/or fashion logistics
