Job Description

Zalando is looking for a Site Lead (all genders) to oversee our state-of-the-art, 3PL-managed fulfilment centre in Bleiswijk (near Rotterdam), the Netherlands. As the Site Lead (all genders), you will be the central point of contact and key representative for all site-related interests. Your primary responsibility is to cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and our crucial logistics service provider(s). You will lead the on-site Zalando team, which currently includes a Service Provider Manager (your direct report), a P&O Site Lead (dotted line), an IT Manager (dotted line), and five IT Technicians. You will also serve as the official Zalando representative for the site. As the operation continues to scale, this team is expected to grow in the coming years.

Job Responsibility

  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and logistics service provider(s)

Requirements

  • Practical, hands-on approach with strong analytical acumen and structured, methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Professionally fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Willing to undertake occasional international travel
