Warehouse Shift Manager

The Warehouse Shift Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations on a designated shift, overseeing both inbound and outbound functions. This role includes managing a team of Supervisors, MHE drivers, and warehouse operatives to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of goods. The Shift Manager is also responsible for delivering performance targets and maintaining a high standard of people management, including absence control, performance management, disciplinary investigations, and grievance handling.
