Job Description

The Warehouse Shift Lead is a 'player-coach' role responsible for directing the daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely movement of finished beverage products. You will oversee the loading of outbound delivery trucks and the receiving of inbound production, ensuring all inventory meets Coca-Cola’s high-quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Team Leadership: Direct daily shift meetings
  • assign tasks to Order Builders and Forklift Operators
  • and provide real-time coaching to ensure productivity targets are met
  • Operational Execution: Oversee the accurate picking, staging, and loading of finished goods based on load tickets
  • Ensure 'First-Expiry, First-Out' (FEFO) rotation to maintain product freshness
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce all Safety (OSHA) and Food Safety (GMP/ISO) standards
  • Conduct pre-shift equipment checks on Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Inventory Integrity: Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and manage the 'damaged product' process to minimize write-offs
  • Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure trailers are loaded/unloaded efficiently to meet the daily transportation schedule
  • Administrative Duties: Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track shipping documents (BOLs), and shift performance reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
