Warehouse Safety Supervisor

• Implement and maintain site-wide environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across warehouse operations, automation, and construction
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulations
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• identify and drive corrective actions
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, facilities, and automation teams to ensure all work areas and processes meet or exceed safety standards
• Deliver training, emergency response programs, and ongoing safety education to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement
• Support environmental initiatives, including waste handling, energy efficiency, and environmental risk mitigation
• Report on safety metrics and performance to site and regional leadership, promoting transparency and accountability

• High School Diploma Required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS roles within logistics, industrial, or manufacturing environments
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to influence across departments and lead safety initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
• valid driver’s license required
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and tolerate warehouse environmental conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc.)
• Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations
• The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts (day, swing, night) or be on call depending on operational demands

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations or related field (preferred)
