Safety is at the heart of everything we do at Exol Logistics. As our Warehouse Safety Supervisor, you’ll lead the environmental health and safety (EHS) program at our Jackson, GA facility—ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment for every team member. You’ll build and sustain a proactive safety culture, lead audits and investigations, and partner closely with operations, maintenance, automation, and construction teams to make sure every process and project is executed safely and efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Implement and maintain site-wide environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across warehouse operations, automation, and construction
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulations
Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
identify and drive corrective actions
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, facilities, and automation teams to ensure all work areas and processes meet or exceed safety standards
Deliver training, emergency response programs, and ongoing safety education to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement
Support environmental initiatives, including waste handling, energy efficiency, and environmental risk mitigation
Report on safety metrics and performance to site and regional leadership, promoting transparency and accountability
Requirements:
High School Diploma Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS roles within logistics, industrial, or manufacturing environments
Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulatory frameworks
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to influence across departments and lead safety initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
valid driver’s license required
Ability to walk/stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and tolerate warehouse environmental conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc.)
Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis
Flexibility to work multiple shifts (day, swing, night) or be on call depending on operational demands
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations or related field (preferred)
