Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment
or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience
Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally
Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications)
If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift
additional overtime hours will be required based on business need
Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed

Job Responsibility

As a warehouse associate you may work in one of the following six areas: Warehouse Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator: operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures
Warehouse Porter: responsible for general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility while adhering to safety procedures
Warehouse Replenishment: operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures
Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns: confirm accuracy of product and work with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages, communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts to clarify and resolve issues, manually unload trucks and palletizing products
Warehouse Returns: operate material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse, match item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, check in returned product and tag it appropriately
Shipping: organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets, load trucks manually, lift, lower, and carry product in a fast-paced environment and stack empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace

Job Responsibility

Support and guide QC Microbiology activities at RLDD, including environmental monitoring, contamination control, and laboratory operations
Contribute to validation and lifecycle activities for microbiological methods, instruments, and laboratory systems, including qualifications, method transfers, and change assessments
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate microbiological risks, support issue resolution, and inform product quality decisions
Lead and support investigations (e.g., deviations, atypical results, EM excursions) using structured, science-based approaches to determine root cause and implement effective corrective actions
Prepare and maintain microbiology documentation such as SOPs, test methods, protocols, and contamination control strategy content, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulatory expectations
Perform laboratory assessments and data reviews to identify improvement opportunities and sustain a state of inspection readiness
Support adoption and continuous improvement of laboratory tools and systems (e.g., LIMS, EM systems, data trending tools) to strengthen efficiency and data integrity
