Job Responsibility

  • Process orders and manage the movement of files, books, binders, tapes, and various other materials
  • Perform physical duties including manual lifting, carrying, arranging, and loading of storage boxes, bins, and totes
  • Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling aids
  • Use proprietary computer systems to track orders and ensure accurate inventory location
  • Utilize handheld scanners to maintain precise documentation
  • Load and shrink-wrap pallets for secure transport
  • Maintain a safe workspace by following all protocols while navigating inclines, stairs, and uneven surfaces

Requirements

  • Proven ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and bending for extended periods
  • Ability to independently lift and carry boxes weighing between 24 lbs and 100 lbs on a regular basis
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English
  • Comfortable working at heights while balancing on ladders
  • Strong attention to detail for reading labels and processing orders accurately
