Warehouse QHSE Manager

• Serve as the subject matter expert on health and safety regulations and internal WHS policies
• Oversee site compliance with safety standards through audits, inspections, and performance tracking
• Analyze safety data and incident trends to develop strategic action plans for reducing risk
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce ergonomic and conditional risks
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of safety metrics to support operational decision-making
• Develop, coach, and mentor a team of safety managers and professionals, fostering leadership growth and bench strength
• Provide safety training and policy guidance to operations leadership and frontline teams
• Partner with site and regional teams to ensure consistent safety practices and risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct workplace audits to evaluate organization, behaviors, and training effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices and drive long-term safety performance improvements

• At least 8 years' experience in the field of health and safety in a warehouse
• At least 3 years in a management or similar position in the health and safety field
• 3PL warehouse, high-volume and fast-paced environment (mandatory)
• Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment
• Knowledge of logistics and the supply chain
• Leadership and communication skills
• Analytical skills

Certified Safety Professional preferred
