Job Description

Working as a Warehouse Operator in our Distribution Centre you will join a large team responsible for picking orders to keep our Woolworths New Zealand Supermarkets stocked and our customers happy! Joining our Selection Operation team you'll take accountability for picking orders that are sent to our stores across Aotearoa to ensure they are fully stocked for our customers, by using: Motorised Pallet truck operation, Voice Picking and stacking stock, Safety techniques and behaviours.

  • Ensure all equipment checks are completed and documented prior to use, and any defects are reported immediately
  • Complete all loading and unloading preparations and inspections ensuring products are safe for storage or transport
  • Complete all Goods in and Goods out steps as per training and procedure ensuring all quality and information checks are carried out and recorded
  • Ensure correct PPE is worn when required
  • Complete all relevant documentation in full, clearly, and accurately
  • Complete and record daily/weekly/monthly checks
