The Role: Our Warehouse department manages all aspects of storage and stock management, as well as incoming and outgoing deliveries. We are looking to add a Warehouse Operative to this busy and fast paced team.
Job Responsibility:
Load and unload delivery vehicles
Perform the goods-in procedure upon receipt of medicinal products
Perform all required product checks on incoming goods
Identify Cold Chain products or controlled drugs upon receipt and store them appropriately
Store products in their allocated locations
Store controlled drugs securely
Perform regular stock checks and identify and report stock discrepancies
Record Daily temperature readings in ambient warehouse and cold storage units
Clean warehouse and perform pest control checks
Perform goods-out procedure in response to customer orders
Pick products as listed on picking list
Pack products safely and securely
Deliver customer orders and collect stock from suppliers
Identify any deviations from approved procedures and inform management
Complete any Corrective Actions or Preventative Actions (CAPA)
Completing and correcting GDP documents
Requirements:
Ability to work methodically, quickly, accurately and safely
Ability to work as part of a team but also on your own initiative
Ability to work effectively under pressure
IT Literate
Full driving licence (desirable)
Forklift licence (desirable)
Experience working in a regulated environment (desirable)
