Job Description

Role: Warehouse Operative. Location: Sittingbourne, Kent. Salary: £13.00 per hour. Shifts: Weekly Rotation (06:00-14:00 & 10:00-18:00). The Mission: Logistics with Purpose. In Sittingbourne, we do more than move boxes; we manage the vital supply chain for life-saving medical products. We are looking for disciplined Warehouse Technicians who understand that behind every shipment is a patient in need. This isn't your average "pick and pack" role. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility, taking full ownership of inventory accuracy in a high-volume environment where precision is the absolute priority.

Job Responsibility

  • Precision picking using handheld scanners to fulfil medical orders with 100% accuracy
  • Stock integrity: organising inventory and maintaining flawless records for total traceability
  • Systems management: completing essential digital updates
  • Team collaboration: partnering with internal departments to handle urgent material requests and refine processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least a year working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics hub
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Must have own reliable transport or live within a 45-minute walk of the site

  • Complete all Goods in and Goods out steps as per training and procedure ensuring all quality and information checks are carried out and recorded
  • Ensure correct PPE is worn when required
  • Complete all relevant documentation in full, clearly, and accurately
