Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of the warehouse operation, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods, contributing to the seamless flow of business.

Job Responsibility:

Perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, loading, and unloading, ensuring accuracy, speed, and safety
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment, adhering to all safety procedures and regulations
Accurately enter data into computer systems, maintain inventory records, and ensure the integrity of the warehouse management system
Collaborate effectively with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient operations and maintain a positive working environment
Share ideas and contribute to ongoing improvements within the warehouse, optimising processes and boosting efficiency

Requirements:

You have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
You are proficient in accurately entering data into computer systems, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring the integrity of our warehouse management system
You prioritise safety and have a strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and regulations
You're meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and maintaining high standards of quality
You're comfortable with a fast-paced environment, can adapt to changing demands, and are willing to take on new challenges
