Job Description:

IKEA Peterborough CDC are looking to welcome a Warehouse Assistant working weekend only to join our hard-working fulfilment team. The role involves receiving goods, picking and packing orders, and ensuring accurate stock records. Training will be provided for manual handling and working with heavy machinery.

Job Responsibility:

Receiving goods with accuracy
Picking and packing orders
Keeping accurate records of stock levels
Manual handling of heavy stock
Working with or around heavy machinery such as Forklift trucks
Ensuring all safety protocols and regulations are followed

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and pay attention to details
Self-reliant and motivated
Must be over the age of 18 due to health and safety regulations
